So far it's worked on insects (ants in my kitchen) and I believe it worked on the pesky squirrel that was damaging the front of my house. I haven't seen it since I sprayed but time will tell. And the scent is so nice!

We have used this is the past and it works very well

Just got this as the concentrate and sprayed it today. Will update once I see the effectiveness. I was worried about the smell being too strong or gross (I thought I read it had peppermint and garlic?) but it smells like candy canes and the scent lessens a fair amount after an hour. I sprayed it in the attic and around the crawlspace vents.

No mice since I started using this. I add a bottle of peppermint oil to each batch I mix.
