Yes, it's the kind of brush you would find in a letterbox draft excluder, in fact the faceplate is pretty much one of those sized to fit a two gang back box. I didn't bother with a back box, just used pink grip to stick it on the wall over the exit point of the cables then screwed the screws through more for effect than functio0nality.
