Hi Wendy. The device is lightweight and can be easily moved. It must not be submerged so you might have to place it on a platform when the kids at ju'ing. Whatever that is. If it's a favorite with pigeons you might expect to spen some time fine tuning your placement. Pigeons are stubborn but this device can keep them at bay if properly deployed.

Q: Does it come with suction cups? If not, what size screws fit on legs so can order correct size screw on suction cups?

The bird repeller does not come with suction cups. The mounting hole size is 3/16" or 4 MM.
