I ordered this lip balm for my daughter but received broken and not working like the twisting part is free and the balm is not coming out but the tint is quite nice but has strong chemical smell and not sure if it's good

Since the time I’ve used this, I don’t feel the need for lipstick. My lips feel supple, smooth, and radiant. SPF 30 is the cherry on top. It’s ideal for both summers and harsh winters.

Has a chemical smell , not sure if that is supposed to be normal . I just opened it so can’t confirm if it’s effective, the feel on the lips is soft
