This is a great unit with strong output and a lot of thoughtful details. It came with multiple panel options to fit different window sizes. While none of the panels fit my window perfectly, I was able to trim one easily to size, and it worked out great. The kit also includes plenty of adhesive foam, plus a reel of thicker, non-adhesive foam for a tight, secure seal.My apartment is over 2,100 square feet, which is much larger than the recommended space for a unit this size, but I’m genuinely impressed by how well it cools the space. Within about 20 minutes, I noticed a significant difference.It also comes with a remote and an adhesive dock for easy storage, which is a nice touch. It’s a bit loud on certain modes, but that’s a small tradeoff for how well it performs. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

Had this for a couple days and wow, my house is quiet and cool, so far. We’ve been in high 80s and the 16k BTU unit is doing WORK so far!Much less loud than our old fridge fridgidare window unit, having an inverter seems to make a noticeable difference to noise levels. And the house is cooler. I have this set up in a ~800 sq ft main room that’s central to the bedrooms, and yeah really enjoying this so far.Can’t speak to durability yet, nor how well this works when it gets 100+ but I am optimistic.

Works well, however, it’s missing a container to collect the water when using continuous discharge. It has a feature to collect the water for a while, however, it is difficult to empty it. When restarting it does not default to auto and needs to be reset every time

Dual duct provides more effcient air flow and allows to cool more effciently than a single duct unit. It's easy to install. It runs relatively quiet. Its connectability with wifi and app is very convenient as I was able to control it remotely and have the room cooled and ready when i come home.

We live in texas where hurricane season means no electricity for days. Got this ac to plug in my generator for such days. Defintely a good purchase. Works as promised. Cooling is good. Easy to move around and operate. Worth my money.

It's 16,000 BTU version. Let's start with the fact that fan speeds are not changing. It just runs the same speed all the time. It's impossible to tell whether the compressor is working. Looks like it does not. Cudos if it's that quiet, but I seriously doubt it.When you try to register with the app (hoping it might give you more control), the United States is not even there. Very strange.

Fantastic and quiet! Effectively cools down the main floor of my house no problem (approximately 650-750 square feet). Relatively easy to set up as well.
