Very disappointed...... save your money we bought a Hisense at Lowe's and it works great!!
We had a water leak in a 200 sq ft space that went all over the tile floor, we got everything cleaned up but we needed to get the dampness out of the room and bring the humidity level back down, this thing ran overnight and barely removed any water!!!!!! We went to Lowe's the next day and bought a larger model dehumidifier and it has filled the large reservoir twice in 24 hours. Yes it cost more but you get what you pay for!

Does nothing for glucose misleading information
A little smaller than I thought initially, but seems to do a good job for the price

Trash product that breaks within 30 days
Trash product that breaks. This dehumidifier barely pulled moisture out of the air (it was just in a small laundry room) and it broke within a week after the return window closed… we’ve only had it a month.

Good dehumidifier
So far so good. Putting it in my basement is quiet and efficient. So far, it's better than more expensive dehumidifiers I've used before. I almost consider dehumidifiers to be disposable, as none of them have lasted me more than a few years. But it's different. I'm glad it's doing so well!

Poor customer service for a crappy product.
It worked well for about 2 months, then it stopped. Amazon won't accept a return, so they referred me direcrly to the company who offered to replace the unit. 2 months later, still no replacement.

Lasted for only a month!
It was working fine, until a month later it starts making a loud whistling noise and not dehumidifying anymore. Wasted my money on this product. Time to buy a different dehumidifier.

2-3oz in 24 hours
two stars because it apparently does work. Running for 24 hours straight pulled about 2 to 3 ounces of water out of the air. Far from the reported amount, but it apparently does work. The area is 70° and 60% humidity… humidity level hasn’t changed in 24 hours, which is obvious given the very limited amount of water. This unit has pulled.

Quiet but does not seem to remove much moisture from the air.
Placed in the basement and ran all night. Checked this morning to find few drops of water in the container. The old noisy dehumidifier I have normally fills the buckte within a couple of days.Getting ready to return.
