Impressive- a must try!
I'm so impressed by this finishing powder. I have acne prone skin, and this makes my zits just seem to disappear. Other powders I've tried are drying and congregate into my lines and wrinkles. I'm so grateful for this product. It’s impressive coverage really lifts my self confidence.

A very nice simple powder great for acne prone skin
It is really difficult to find a pressed powder that is talc free and truly has no acne causing ingredients. This is one of the only ones I have found. But it is a very nice powder as well - sets makeup, touches up, blurs pores, etc. Recommended if you have acne prone skin and just want a simple powder to set your makeup.

Talc free, flawless application.
Cover FX is a talc free powder- difficult to find. It doesn’t settle in fine lines and is invisible on the skin. Buy this

Finely milled, smooth powder. Deep shade doesn’t seem too deep, but worked as bronzer for me.
Nice outer product box. Made in Italy. Ingredients listed on the box. Okay compact - It is silver plastic that’s mirrored/reflective. The mirrored/reflective compacts just aren’t ever my favorite. They look nice when they don’t have fingerprints all over them, but when is that ever really achievable? So they just end up constantly looking messed up with fingerprints all over them. But, that’s a personal preference. It’s a standard plastic compact so it feels really lightweight and kind of flimsy. I expect a nicer compact at this price point (but, I also feel that way about CT’s powder compacts). It has clasp closure. There’s a mirror in the lid. There’s a sponge to use to apply the product that is stored inside (sitting on top of the powder). The sponge is really nice. It’s soft and feels well made compared to a lot of included sponges/puffs that come with powders. I got this in the shade “Deep.” I’m very fair so I struggle finding bronzer shades that work well for me. Usually powders like this are a good option. They’re usually sheer in color that I can apply lightly for some color and not worry about them being too overwhelming, and the undertone usually works better for me than with standard bronzer shades (which usually end up looking orange on me). I show a swatch of this on my forearm (no lotion, primer, etc.). I just swirled my finger in the pan a couple times and then swiped it onto my arm. I then did the same again and blended it slightly on my arm. This worked well. It’s very finely milled. It has a silky feel to it. It picks up easily with the provided sponge, a puff, and a brush. For my purposes (using this as a bronzer), it worked really well to give me a natural look - just adding a subtle touch of color. I don’t like to set my foundation with powder so when using powder products on my foundation, I like ones that will work that way. This being a setting powder, I figured it would apply nicely, but you can never be sure. It blends out on top of my foundation really nicely. It gives me the subtle touch of color I was looking for. On my very fair, very cool toned skin, this was more of a yellow-toned brown tan. I’m surprised it’s labeled as “deep.” I know that it is a setting powder, so it isn’t meant to be pigmented. On someone using this as an actual setting powder, they’d want it to match their skin tone and just set their makeup in place, maybe add a touch of coverage along with it. But, not really provide any color. But, I was still surprised this was labeled as “deep.” To me, this isn’t a deep shade at all. But, given I’m very fair, I can’t really speak to whether or not this would work as a setting powder on someone with deep skin. But, I feel like this has potential to look too light on deep skin tones. I can say that I don’t feel the product photos shows the shade exactly. It only showed the shade in the pan, which looks deeper and warmer (kind of leaning red). I’m very cool toned, so usually anything with even a little warmth will show warmer on me. But, in person on me, it’s lighter and has a yellow undertone to it. I don’t see the same shade as shown in the pan in the product photos. Overall, I’m impressed with this! It’s very finely milled, blends out really easily and looks nice and smooth on my skin. I’m usually not a setting powder person - I have dry skin and powder usually just makes me look extremely dry. So I tend to avoid setting powders. But, this one actually impressed me enough that I might get a shade that matches me to try out as a setting powder. But, as for this specific shade, it worked well as a bronzer on my very fair skin. I really enjoy it for days I want a subtle, natural look. I give it 4 stars.

my holy grail
Love this powder, I’ve been using it on and off the last 7 years. Every time I decide to try another powder, I come back to this one. It’s lightweight and keeps my t zone oil free without drying my skin out. Silky and smooth, I hope Coverfx never discontinues this product I love it dearly
