Brought for a present very happy with product

I recommend this product as it has relieved some of my shoulder and neck pain but I definitely cannot wear it as shown as that is too painful. It takes a long time to charge 2.5/3 hrs and you get around an hour out of it. You can't use it while it is plugged in. It is a little heavy. I like the heat feature and it comes with nice little travel bag. What I really like is how my back feels after.. it's as if the sensation of the massage continues.

This product does a wonderful job massaging the neck and shoulders getting rid of stress. Depending on how much of pressure you want all you have to do is use the handle to pull down on them and you can get a more tense massage its easy to use.

This was a hit with all the family at Christmas- we were fighting over whose turn was next. Nice strong massage and the heat feels great.

We bought it for a White Elephant gift for Christmas. It was a very popular gift people fighting over for.
