These are great. Never realised that my feet were so cold outside. Nice and thin, so slip inside shoes quite easily. And they last for at least eight hours. When I come back in, I swop them into my slippers!

These are a nice idea and help keep toes toasty warm on a cold evening. Perfect for wearing with Converse pumps. They stick onto your sock very well, and apart from the warmth, you wouldn't notice they were there. I have size 6 feet and got the smaller size which was way too small to cover the whole foot, so sizing is iffy. Definitely size up. Too big is better than too small.

Good product keeps your feet warm and cozy while the heat lasts but didn't last 8 hours though maybe 4/5.

Bought for a relative who has Raynauds and really feels the cold, resulting in painful feet. These insoles seems to do the job very well and she’s much more comfortable.

This product arrived on time and was well packaged.BUT when I put them into my boots they activated really quickly and were TOO hot for my feet !I suffer with Rynards syndrome, and although I must keep my hands and feet warm at all times especially in the winter, it mustn’t be too hot as my skin is very thin and will burn.As I said in the title be very careful !
