I absolutely love this dash cam. I bought one for my wife's car then one for mine after I seen hers in action. It saves me a headache cause I'm always telling her "honey you're too close to the far on front of us" and she gets frustrated we me. Now the dash cam does it for me.

We needed a dash camera for my vehicle since we do a lot of road trips. I have been looking around and came across this camera. I was impressed with with the reviews as well as the price point. I decided to pull the trigger and ordered one. The install was not bad. I was nervous, but I was able to do it on my own and I was able to hide the wires. I didn’t want them to be seen or dangling everywhere. The customer service had been great. They reached out immediately offering any assistance with the camera. The model I ordered has the front view anlong with the interior view with a separate rear camera. The video I attached just shows a screen grab from my phone while it recorded the front viewing camera and the rear camera. I didn’t want to show myself from the interior angle. Within the app, you can select the timeframe of the recordings. For example, you can have one minute recordings or two minute recordings. You also can turn on or off the microphone based on your preference. The quality is very sharp and the app is very easy to use. The only thing that can be frustrating is that you can’t access your recordings unless the camera has power and you’re able to connect the app to the camera through its own Wi-Fi source. You also can’t adjust any settings unless you are connected to it…which means it has power and you are connected to it through its WiFi source. Once I got used to that, then it wasn’t so much a big deal. As much traveling as we do, I’m sure it would be a matter of time before we actually capture something worth posting. I’m really glad I got this set up. It came with an SD card and I thought about getting a card with a bigger memory, but so far the one that came with it holds a lot of videos.

I bought and installed a few months ago. It is not hard wired, it is plugged into the cigarette lighter. The internal battery is defective. Each time I turn the car off, if I don’t start the car within 12-24 hours, the battery does not save the time. When I start the car again, it shows the times I last turned the car off. So if I use on the car on January 5th at 1:00 PM, then don’t use it again until January 7th, when it starts up, it shows the time at January 5th at 1:00. That makes the camera useless in a crash because it does not keep the correct time. That means that each time I get in the car, I have to sync the camera to phone to get the time to update. I have to do this every single time I get in the car. I should not have to do that. That means the camera, and the battery inside, are defective.

We got it to work, and the picture and quality is great. We can't figure out how to run it when its shut off to run all night. So I will have to wait to take it to someone to do it for me. You won't be disappointed

The dash cam worked great the first 2-3 months but the last month or so it has been randomly turning off. I’ve tried adjusting the cord, remove/reinserting both ends, and even using a different cigarette lighter socket. I know the second one works no problem because I use it for my seat cover. Nothing seems to help and it keeps randomly and inconsistently restarting. Other than that I have no complaints but I often worry it may decide to shut off at a critical moment that I need it. I hope I never need it but would like it to be functional should I get into an accident. To be fair, I can go a whole drive with no problems. But then on the way home, it restarts 6 times. I cannot find a reason causing this.
