UPDATE 2: Putting my review back to 5 stars. The LCD is still perfectly fine. The LCD cable got chewed up by the hinge of the laptop. This is to no fault of the LCD at all.UPDATE: It was nice while it lasted. The LCD died a year later.I huge in a huge bind when the backlight in my T450s died. I ordered this replacement screen as a last resort. The screen showed up early and was in perfect condition. Installation is obviously tricky, but to no fault of the manufacture. If you're upgrading from the 1600x900 display, the difference is huge. It looks so much better. I couldn't be happier to have my trusty t450s working again thanks to this screen.

Installed on a thinkpad T450S with a 1600x900 screen. Easy to install but there was no latch on my system, just a piece of tape attaching the cable to the old screen. Peel this off carefully. The new screen, this product, installed easily. It had no dead pixels. I am using Ubuntu 19.04 and I can adjust the brightness. Apparently the windows OS has issues with brightness.

The screen came in brand-new and clean. Installation was easy, however, I cannot adjust the brightness. I went through reinstalling drivers, swapping between my new and old screen, nothing works. Unfortunate because it is a beautiful screen, but when you work in lots of different environments (inside and outside) it is important to be able to adjust brightness. Just an fyi, I ordered this for a Lenovo T450s.

Packaging was great, install was a breeze (T440p).However, there was a dead pixel at the top near the camera.
