I use these to bind a manual for a training company and they are flawless. The 18mm coil I am using is holding an 8 mil plastic cover, a 32 pound photo page, 134 sheets of 20 pound letter paper, and a 12 mil vinyl back cover. There were no flaws in any of the coils.
