Miracle! Separation anxiety and cystitis NO MORE!
8 month update* no vet visits a since using this! My 6 year old male cat, who weighs around 7.5kg, has separation anxiety. I could go out for 6+ hours at a time or even go for an overnight stay whilst having someone else look after him for the evening and he'd still end up stressed. I have been at the vets 6x this year with urinary blockages full of mucus due to him being stressed. Was told he would end up needing PU surgery if he blocked happened again.. money that I just can't afford to pay and insurance won't cover. (Around £2,100) - which would also require a lot of care and attention and I've recently started a new job. I was at my whitts end spending hundreds of pounds on this cat and felt like I couldn't enjoy my life outside of him, had anxiety leaving the house or him alone, had to have a great deal of therapy from the stress it was also causing me. Especially when he was in pain. So, I thought, enough is enough and I decided to scan everywhere on google and do my research on cystitis, causes and other urinary issues. This has taken months and months of research. Vets suggested urinary diet, some vets said it doesn't work. Some vets suggested a behavioural therapist and some vets suggested rehoming. Something I'd never ever do. I came across this Urinary Gold and read through every single review on every single website that it's listed and the positivity and hope made me buy it and this is what I hope my review does for you. Please please please, If you have a cat in the same situation, BUY. THIS. I am just so shocked and happy and relieved that I no longer have to medicate him with controlled drugs and everything he gets from this Urinary Gold is natural. The flavour is absolutely disgusting, it smells bed and my cat gags when I gave him it. I syringe 1,0mL into his mouth once per day and then 1,0mL of water straight after to rid of the taste. Since doing this, he has been running around more, he's very active, alert and I've had ZERO vet visits for months!!!! I also use feliway optimum plug-in x2 alongside this. If your cat suffers from separation anxiety and has a cystitis issue. BUY THIS! It's better than spending £500 a vet visit. I will continue to keep him on this every day!

Just buy it and try it! It's changed mine and my cats quality of life!
My boy cat has separation anxiety from me, it got to the point that even a night away would cause an immediate flare up. He has been blocked twice with vet bills upwards of £10000 luckily he is insured! I don't lots of research as the food, medication and other changes were not having an impact. Then I found this. He started taking it in feb 2026 5 drops at breakfast 5 drops at dinner and he has not flared or blocked since, we even had another trip to the vets for something else which would have usually triggered a flare up of FIC. Nothing! I add this directly to his food with a bit of salmon oil to disguise the taste, he has never refused it. No one will understand the stress of pet sep anxiety until you're experiencing it. This product is giving me my life back!

Hopefully it'll work I cant comment on effectiveness because my cat will not entertain it. Tried little bits in multiple foods..wont try it

Important for cat Urinary stress
I ordered this product and it was sent to me promptly!!. I've only just bought the Wellbeing Urinary Gold for cats supplement! if its anything like the brands previous supplement for kidneys, then I have high hoped because its saved my 20yr old cats life. Not sure if the design/packaging ingredients is different from my previous order but for kidneys but its from the same brand ( i didn't keep the last bottle to compare as its empty). But So far my elderly cat has not urinated everywhere and has her appetite back shes not howling as much either, so im sure its doing something good to my cats health to help her. However my younger cat has sediments in his bladder and ive told the vet I'll be using this Urinary Gold for him and she approved it along with his new Urinary stress metabolic diet food, to clear him up before the sediments turn into acid crystals that cause serious kidney problems, this is why I wanted to buy this to help him also. I will wait and see next time I next take him for his next check up fingers crossed! Yes its pricey but its better than a £600 vets bill which is what it cost me a few days ago before i bought this product! only to find out my boys bladder is inflamed and its worse for male cats. So save yourself the troubles and purchase this if your cat is not eating, urinating little, behavioral problems, drinking alot, because cats generally dont drink as much, of course you're cats could have other underlying health issues, which you got to get them looked at by a vet in anycase. before you do treat them to this, observe them and see how they get on. But i like this alot . Thanks seller 🐈

Extremely pleased
I am so glad I found this product. I have an elderly cat who was suffering with urinary problems (blood in urine, passing very small amounts, spending a lot of time in litter tray). I took her to the vet and he prescribed an anti-inflammatory and a glucosamine based supplement, neither of which made any difference. However, within three days of starting the Urinary Gold there was a definite improvement, although it did not cure the condition. I decided to gradually increase the dosage, which is based on body weight, and ended up doubling it, but did so cautiously in case there were side effects. The increase in dosage made all the difference and after about two weeks she was completely cured. I gradually reduced the dosage and now she is on just one drop twice a day as maintenance, which I may reduce further. I am very impressed with this product and particularly like that it comprises so many natural ingredients. My cat happily consumes it when it's added to her regular food. I don't think it is expensive for what you get (I paid more for the vet products that didn't work) and one bottle lasts a long time. I have bought another bottle as I don't want to be in a situation where I run out and she has a relapse. I highly recommend these drops; just remember it may take a few weeks for total remission, so patience is needed.

Unfortunately Benji’s problem was a narrow urinary tube
Pet Wellbeing were very helpful, providing advice and support during a very stressful time for Benji and I. They even went as far as refunding the total cost of the product, when we realised that it wouldn’t work for Benji. When I’d purchased the product, I hadn’t known that Benji had been born with narrow urinary tubes, so unfortunately it was never going to work for him. I kept taking Benji back to the vets to be unblocked. The last time I was given the option that he be put to sleep, or have an operation to effectively "make him into a girl" so he would have a wider channel to urinate out of. He had his operation on the 22.03.23, and so far he is doing extremely well. During the last 12 months with repeated vet appointments, hospitalisation and his operation, it has cost me £10K, which doesn't even include all the special prescription urinary tract food which he had to have. My conclusion is that, if your cat has been born with a very narrow tube for urinating out of, then homeopathic, or veterinary prescribed remedies / medication are not going to work, and your best option is for your cat to have the same operation as Benji. Today (12.04.23), Benji continues to amaze me with his strength and how far he has come. He is only four years old, and now hopefully he has a long life ahead of him.

Amazing
Amazing product.worth its weight in gold and more.works really well.my furbaby had urainery blockage due to stress fighting with cats in the street he kept crying licking his bits and wasn't weeing and cost me £580 at the vets for them to tell me the next day he was reblocked and that it will now be an ongoing thing once theyv had it once which would not be a very good quality of life my furball having to visit the vets all the time and could run into thousands and he almost died that day if I hadn't of got him there in time.but then a lovely lady outside the vets told me abaut this product and I thought anything is worth ago so I bought it and was amazed by it.been fair few months hes been in the clear now so it actually worked.so so far so good.its defo a thumbs up from me.fingers crossed it stays that way to.it mite seem a bit on the pricey side but it do last ages and its worth every penny compared to the price of a vet bill.and going through the stress of unblocking um all the time.5 star rating.i just mixed his in with his tinned food to hide it as he didn't like the taste lol.

Please Read a story of sad then happy
just a tale of don't ignore when your cat can't pee and it affects male cats female cats don't tend to suffer from this This is a long story but please read. Anyway, here we go, my best friend buttons, started to have problems where he couldn't pee, we didn’t take a lot of notice for the first day, as it happens sometimes after 2 days still the same, so we took him to the vet, on the 3rd day. Massive mistake on our part, they did an ultrasound on him and he has crystals in his bladder it is a form of cystitis and it is brought on by stress.... where the stress is coming from, we do not know. Anyway, be aware when cats can't pee it causes their organs to shut down, as the pee that they can't pass starts to damage their kidney and its does this quickly, they end up literally poisoning themselves as the kidney cannot get rid of the toxins from the bladder. The vets visit cost £150 the money is not the issue here, so the vet said take him home change his food to special food and see how he goes, along with painkillers and antibiotics. So we took him home and 2 days later still the same so we took him to emergency vet, they told us what I already knew after loads of research into this i.e. the outcome could be very bad, the cost to do what they needed to do was £1,000 to £1,500 and this could kill him or solve nothing at this point We did not have to money to get this done; we took him home again we called the PDSA they could not help as I work 🙁 So we had a choice to make at this point have him put to sleep and stop the suffering he was going through as you can guess for me this was the worst choice I would have to take... As you do, I went to see my mum, as I didn't want to do above even through at the time it was the most ethical thing to do for him to stop any pain, he was in... After talking I went home and begged and borrowed where we could get the money, once we got all the money, we called the emergency vet back and got Buttons back in within 20 mins of calling. Now comes the happy and sad part of the tale, we took him in Sunday day before Bank Holiday… Vet called us around 23.00 at night as we told them the time isn’t and issue just call if you have to and keep us updated, so we took the call this wasn’t a good call He basically told us we have to decide if we want to go ahead, they took blood samples to see if his liver is damaged, and it is so again we had the choice to make put him to sleep now or still go ahead. And pay the cost no matter what the outcome would be for me simple answer was yes As you can guess we had the worst nights sleep ever, the wait is something I would never want to go through again ever, it was horrible I kept waking up looking for buttons. Realizing he is not there and if we would see him again… Monday Morning came the time of reckoning as they say is about to arrive with one phone call, the wait wow I cant even describe it… the vet called us back and yes better news than the night before, they put him under and managed to get a catheter in him and clear the blockage so they could empty his bladder. They are still unsure about how much damage he has to his liver or if its acute damage i.e. it will recover or if its chronic damage… but he is now going for a pee on his own with a bag on him and they managed to get him to eat some gravy, so not all bad news and he had to stay there for 3 days so they can get fluids back into him and get him to eat again before he could comes home. The moral of this story is, Have pet insurance if you think you would not be able to afford to help your cat if need be its not nice knowing you have a choice of put your pet to sleep or pay and take the chance. Do not !!!!! ignore when your cat cannot pee for more than 2 days, take him to the vets ASAP… I would not wish what we have gone through on my worst enemy If your cats / cats are male make sure they are getting enough water, either by wet cat food or cat bowls… or water fountain. We now use Urinary Gold for Cats and he has been a happy cat ever since he came home. We give him this every dinnertime with his food. a year later perfect happy cat he is the Black and white cat the other is his sister…

Truly “Liquid Gold” for my Buttercup!
This is “Liquid Gold”. My cat was suffering pain, irritation and swelling from crystals in her bladder which she had a very difficult and painful time urinating and was pulling out her fur on her stomach. She was seen by the vet who prescribed prednisolone every few weeks and as soon as she completed the round of meds, she again suffered from the irritation from the crystals. I came across this treatment. With patience and approximately 6-8 weeks of giving this to her twice a day, knock on wood, she has had normal urine output, for a year now and has regrown the stomach fur!! So happy I found this…thus alleviating the trip to the vet, high vet bills and the need to give her steroids. She takes it like a champ. I just tell her to look at mama, and smile. She opens the side of her mouth and just squeeze the liquid from the dropper in. I would recommend this to anyone whose kitty had difficulty urinating properly. I wish I knew about this years ago, as I had a cat who actually needed PU surgery for the same issue. Much less expensive than vet visits, stress and surgery to correct.

Thank you for saving my cat!
Thank you for helping me maintain my sweet kitties health! She was struggling so bad in the litter box it had me crying with her. Regular antibiotics from vet did nothing and she would be bleeding trying to pee every 5 minutes. My mom suggested I try this product as it practically brought her senior dog back to life when he had bladder problems. I noticed my cat was acting more herself within two doses of this product. I am continuing to give to her with her wet food and she doesn’t even notice. I am so glad I don’t have to force medication on her; my stress levels and hers thank you! So glad this is natural and I don’t have to fear adverse reactions from typical medication. Again, thank you thank you thank you. <3

It Works!
We have had our cat on numerous antibiotics for a urinary problem and they never worked. Our vet would also take numerous expensive tests each time when they do not work. The last time a different anti-antibiotic did not work, they said it must be because our cat needs to be on it longer. I said enough I'm not doing this anymore. My husband said we should try this product although I was skeptical but I decided it was worth a try. I noticed over time her peeing issues started to be less frequent and now I can not remember the last time she had a urinary problem. This is the first time a natural remedy actually worked! Please give this a try, it lasts a crazy long time (we still have not finished our first bottle) because you only use just a tiny amount. I love that this tiny amount can be syringed into her mouth without food. My cat is old and finicky even if we get the food she loves there is no guarantee come medicine time that she will eat. She eats when she wants and no favor of food is going to change that. That gave giving her antibiotics in the past very difficult. I had to wet moist cat food and try to suck it up in a syringe to force-feed her. A difficult thing for both of us and now I no longer have had to resort to that! Then to find after I put her through that it did not work again. Try this product when vets have not been able to help you.

Loki
Wanted to wait at least a week to see how things go. Things are much better, so grateful! When a similar issue like this happened last year to Lokis brother Hyki, we came close to $1000 vet bill all for them to sedate Hyki to which he pee'd finally. Loki for 5days prior to these meds was still able to pee but it was such small amounts, just the size of a dime most times. I couldn't afford to go through another big vet bill, came here, read reviews and researched, things sounded like it would help. It did! Very thankful Loki is back to pee'ing better. I started him off on 7drops cuz he's over 10lbs and now after a week I have him on 5 drops, twice a day still. He's eating better, drinking more water and able to go to the litter box and not struggling for 5mins or more. Glad I came here. Thank you everyone for your feedback! Now I am waiting for the bowel meds from the same company to help Hyki as he's been having a hard time the last 3days.
