I received the item (laptop charger) and immediately checked it by connecting it to the power socket and to my laptop. However, right after plugging it in, the charger started sparking and a burning smell came out. After the incident, the electrical socket in my room stopped working. Fortunately, my laptop was not damaged. This situation made me feel very nervous and concerned, as it could have caused serious damage or danger.

I recently purchased the Lenovo Laptop Charger 65W USB Type-C Adapter, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The packing was excellent, and the adapter is of very good quality — it works perfectly with my laptop. The price was the cheapest I could find anywhere, and the seller (GM DISCOUNT LLC) provided a great buying experience. With in almost a month the charger stop working. This have never happened with products bought from Amazon. This product is was rated almost 5 stars and if this is the quality then there is a serious lack of trust on Amazon rating suppliers

Poor quality; charging few days then stop charging ( not working). Why you sell such bad and defective items. Not good at all.

Excellent product, it meets expectations and the quality is very good. I recommend it. It does its job and the quality is good; I would buy it again. The only thing I would improve is the cable that goes to the 110V outlet because it doesn't feel like an original part.

Honestly super durable USB C charger that can be used on almost any USB-C device. I find most USB-C cables are flimsy and are usually in the trash within 3 to 6 months. I'll use this one for several years before I need to replace it and for the price I'm saving a ton of money over buying individual USB-C cables. I'll use some PlayStation 5 controllers, laptops, cell phones and the cable length allows me to sit pretty much anywhere in my living room and continue to use the device. Fast charge on all my devices.

Bad adherence to the USB standard. This works on some devices, but not others. It will charge some of our phones, but not others. It won't charge one of our laptops. It won't charge my bicycle headlight. All of our devices charge fine with all of our other USB-C chargers. I understand it's Lenovo branded, but the reason for standards is that they work everywhere. The product page lists a range of USB Power Delivery voltages and current ratings, implying that it will correctly work with lower powered devices, but it frequently doesn't. This was supposed to be a charger for a second location that could be used as a general charger when the laptop wasn't plugged in, but it fails to adhere to USB charging standards. If you're lucky, this will charge the devices you want it to. If you're unlucky, this is nothing but e-waste.
