Choppers Inner Fairing Mirror Plugs for Harley Street Glide Batwing 1996-2016 Models

This product did exactly what was needed to cover the two holes left behind after removing stock mirrors on my 2013 street glide.

The Pre 2016 is domed and the "Button" is just a hair too small to put in the small hole, as you can just barely see the edge of the large hole. I really wish they had made it an 1/8" to 1/4" larger and a bit concave then it would be perfect. Anyhow, I put a bead of black RTV on the back and positioned it in the larger hold and it worked well my my 2012. For my 2018 Street Glide, the holes are vertically placed and joined and on a flat surface instead of the domed of the previous years. I just let the button slide down into the valley between the 2 holes, added a touch of blue loc-tight to the stud, and tightened it up. This worked perfectly, and covers both holes without any concerns. It really looks great against a black cherry fairing! Honestly I had wished they had sold it as applicable to present day bikes, not ending in 2016, would have bought it much sooner.

I'd recommend some rubber washers under the cap but overall good product.

Worked, but small bolt used in big hole. Should have had a larger bolt attached. If you use the small aligning hole it doesn't cover the full larger hole. Use the bigger bolt hole. Must hold in place while tightening. Could have been made better.

Easy install and good color match to the black faring

You can’t beat it for the price, it goes in the smaller hole and tighten the but done. Add mirrors and then go ride!!

Broke inner fairing mirror, so I decided to go this route. Looks pretty good.
