So far so good! It's working just as intended. I can't really speak to the quality of the converters, but the sound quality seems to be good. It costs half as much as the iConnectivity PlayAudio 1U, and weighs half as much as well. That can be a plus, or indicator of the TrackRig being half has good. The power supply is external, which removes a lot of the weight as well. The 3-LED signal indicator on EACH channel is an absolute game changer though. The only thing I wish it would do is charge an iPad or iPhone if used to run backing tracks (Loop Community Prime App for example). Otherwise, I'm glad there is a playback interface out there, with 8 balanced XLR jacks and USB hub out there for under $500. Well done!

it keeps having connection issues. Our last unit was a very simple 2 lines unit. We thought we should pay for the upgrade. Have used for a month now. I have yet to have a service where you don't need to power cycle it 2-4 times to get it to connect.

Love it! Works perfectly with playback app. I use it in church and as a gigging musician. We run all of our tracks through this system at weddings and corporate events and have zero issues. Occasionally it’s hard to connect but after enough tries it works fine. Love it and recommend it to anyone

This thing is amazing, and even more amazing value. I’m using it with Luke community tracks and and beyond pleased with how interfaces with my iPad definitely works better with a later version of iPad that has a USB-C port versus a lightning. But with proper adapter, will work fine With lightning. Lightning adapter must be Apple brand.
