I have been waiting to review this item because I wanted to give thorough and genuine feedback, which I knew would require some time to actually use the product and wait for results. I have been using this product for 1 week. I have applied it at least once a day, sometimes 2 times a day. IT WORKS!! I was recently having a flare of my HS and I had a very stubborn one that wasn’t going away, was painful and big. I noticed a difference within 2 days but at this 1 week mark, it’s almost completely gone. The bump itself is gone, but I’m still dealing with some discoloration from it, but no pain! I applied it to 5 in total, only 1 of them are still slightly there, but it’s a smaller one. I am VERY HAPPY with this product. As we all know, it’s a small amount for the price BUT it truly doesn’t take much. I could see this lasting me about 4 months or so. Which isn’t bad. The smell is very fresh, lavender and natural smelling. Great quality with the packaging. I do not have any complaints, personally. I saw it advertised on Facebook for like a year before I finally ordered. Thankfully Amazon had it to ship quickly! I do recommend this product for level 1 HS. I can’t speak to any other use. Enjoy the relief!!

Legit I feel like this product gave me my life back. I was suffering with open wounds on my neck for about 2yrs and the Drs antibiotics and wound cleaning didn't help at all. I tried other products and failed. I always had to wear a huge bandage over my bigger flares because they would be so painful when touched and sometimes a weird smell cuz of the leakage yes they would always leak. I was in pain for so long and trust me I did attempt the squeeze out the infection myself whenever I cud but it was never enough. Untill I read the reviews on this product and being desperate I was like why not. 1st I bought the yellow label one w/out scent but I noticed a changed when I switch to this purple one! I applied it day and night and bandaged it up making sure the product was being soaked in. The jar isn't even empty and yet my flare is almost completely healed!! Look at the difference in the pic! It sucked out all the infection and its now starting to dry up! I'm going to continue to use in hope that the wound heels a little more esthetically but now I can touch it bare with no pain!! I can finally sleep and wear anything I want and no more weird smells. The infection is gone and my life is back to being mine again! Please of you have any skin issues I cudnt recommend this product more!

Amazing!I got the 1oz for about $25 and I think it is worth the money. The product spreads very well and a little goes a long way. It has helped my skin with flare ups, especially during the summer when the sweat, heat, and constant rubbing of clothes KILLS my skin. This has helped so much and I’ve seen a big difference in my skin that I haven’t seen in a long time. It also gets rid of pimples SUPER fast.I will definitely be trying other products from this brand.

You're in the right place for something that actually works.I am beyond irritated with how well this works.Firstly, hats off to the marketing team because I discovered that the "ingrown hairs" I've been desperately trying to treat my entire life have been HS bumps this whole time. After watching the commercial that was very educational about HS bumps, I gave this a shot. This 1 oz jar has lasted me just over a month of using it every day on my panty line, where I get the most bumps. I have not had a single new bump since I started using this!!!Acid solutions, ingrown patches, serums, topical steroids, shots, scrubs.....nothing has ever worked like this. I also have eczema all over my body and this has magicked some of those flares away too. I am in awe.Very tiny downside - I hate lavender and this is very, very lavender-y. It is worth putting up with the smell though for the results, in my opinion. I might try the tea tree one next for better smell.

I feel like this product works well for me. I used it 4 particular areas of my body, and of those 4, 2 have healed up really well. One of red spots has almost completely faded, and I've been taking antibiotics for that particular condition for months with no results. The other spot that is similar to it is taking longer to heal, but it is very, very slowly fading. The 4th spot is eczema, so it will always be a problem, but it helps with the redness and itching.I began using this on my face to help with eczema and it does help with itching, although sometimes I still itch. It has helped clear up the bumps that were on my forehead, so not complaining about that.If you need to read the ingredients on the bottle, prepare to get out a magnifying glass, because they're too small to read with regular eyes. I like the smell. It's not too strong for me, even when it's on my face. Even my cat likes it. Lol I'd buy this product again, because it has multiple uses for me.

I would give it 10 stars! I do not really know what this is, but I was in so much pain that I would try anything. I couldn't sit. I couldn't walk. And this is it! It helped the bartholin's cyst burst within 24 hours and provided incredible relief.Oh my. I am really so happy that I stumbled upon the recommendation for this product and tried it.A little goes a long way. I bought the 4oz but only had to use a tiny bit.

Pros: It smells nice and it doesnt irritate my sensitive skin. I love that it came in a glass jar instead of plastic.Cons: It just doesn't work for me. I saw no improvement in my skin while using it no matter which area of my body it was on. It does stain my shirts and its super thick/ greasy so its hard for bandages to stick to the skin while using it.

Has immediately helped with hidradenitis suppurativa flares. The scent is not overwhelming. I've tried a lot of different things over the years, but did not expect the immediate effect of calming the pain in my flares. It's on the expensive side, but I continue to keep this is my HS war chest.
