Q: How many weeks will the 2 liters last?

At a dose of 2 tsp each a and b, this 2 liter set will make 100 gallons of nutrient solution

Q: Do they come with the spigot?

No but the bottles come with a bull in measuring resovor that can measure out from 10 to 25ml in 5 ml incroments. Really nice feature.

Q: what's a good nute recipe using canna coco line from seed to harvest.

You can't go wrong following the measurements provided in the Canna Chart on their website. Even if you just use Canna A and Canna B with some Rhizotonic you will grow some beautiful plants. Just make sure you rinse your coco if your not using Canna brand coco and always ph your mixtures.

Q: Foliar application rate?

The directions for use on the bottles does not mention using as a foliar spray. You could check their website for more info.
