Good sauce, shorter expiration date
Love this sauce, very similar to restaurant. Heads up, bought mid June, and expiration date is in September.

The Real McCoy
Absolutely amazing! It's delicious, the real mcCoy as they used to say, perfect for bearing the Popeye's brand name! The squeeze bottle is also better than most using this design: Every ketchup and mustard bottle i've used that was like this starts wih a huge splurt then turns to a stream every time but this opens and maintains a steady, even stream throughout use making sure you get exactly what you want as far as amount, no more no less. I've bought two already and my roommates both got another, it's so good!

Tasty
If you’ve had it at the restaurant you know what to expect. It’s slightly smokey and spicy ranch. It’s a little thinner and runnier than I would like for a dip, but it tastes great. Not very spicy, but definitely has a peppery kick.

Not anything like the restaurant!!
Not anything like Popeye's. Tangy and not enough spice. Very disappointed!! I love the sauce from the restaurant and I wish it was on point. The taste isn't even good. If a company is going to produce and market as the same product you would get in the restaurant it should be that way. They cut corners but not putting the correct ratio of ingredients. I would not recommend because it just doesn't even have spice to it it's just tangy not very appetizing dressing.

The nearest Popeyes to us is quite literally a 4 hour drive each way. I am immensely pleased to see the Blackened Ranch dressing available online. Love this stuff on everything - chicken, pizza, popcorn shrimp and french fries. There's a hint of spice, smooth and bold overall. It tastes exactly like the little packets from the restaurant and now I don't need to hoard them!

Watery consistency and NOT like restaurant
Taste okay but the restaurant version is definitely better. The consistency is VERY watery/runny unlike the restaurant version which is thicker and spicier than this bottle. The price is okay for the bottle size. It just bothers me that I can’t really use it as a dipping sauce. I saw other reviews commenting on the expiration date, my bottle doesn’t expired until September ‘26 and I received it in May ‘26. This honestly feels like a dupe of the restaurant version.
