Good value timeless scent *by T***F on 19 August 2020* I've found with these modern versions of scents from the 1970s you tend to get one of two things - either (1) a pale imitation of what was originally a nice scent - usually smelling not much like the original 1970s version and not lasting long at all; or (2) a pretty faithful reproduction of the 1970s original. I'm pleased to say this is the latter - was nice to see this product is made in Germany. it smells like I remember Tabac smelling in the 1970s - a slightly sweet, fairly subtle masculine scent with some musky undertones, but the latter are not overpowering by any means. Overall a clean and versatile scent. Very different to today's spicy or citrus toned scents. My only issue is that it lasts a little less than I remember it did in the 1970s.
