This is my first scooter with dual motors and suspension, and I love it! Ruitoo has been verry helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have so A++ on customer service. This scooter hauls all 210 pounds of me up pretty steep hills with no issue and I have been commuting to work on it every day since I got it ( a 32 mile round trip) with some battery power to spare. I wasn't expecting it to be so much fun to ride. The steering stabilizer is a game changer even at low speeds and this thing handles corners so well it almost reminds me of a sport street bike. Headlight is bright. I thought I might have buyers remorse on a $999 purchase but I love this thing.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing multiple serious issues with the product, both functional and cosmetic.After receiving the scooter, I noticed visible side damage and scratches on the footboard, indicating the scooter had been previously used or handled roughly before delivery. This was very disappointing as I purchased this item as a brand-new product.Additionally, the battery charger included feels extremely lightweight and low-quality, more like a secondary market charger rather than an authentic factory unit. This raises concerns about its reliability and safety.On the functional side, I charged the scooter for over 6 hours as instructed. During the entire charging period:The charger light stayed solid green and never switched to red.The scooter does not power on at all, even after a full first charge.This is my first use, and the scooter has never worked properly from the beginning.I have followed all standard troubleshooting steps, including:Checking the charger and outlet,Inspecting the charging port for visible damage,Attempting to power on after charging,Ensuring all connections were secure.Despite these efforts, the scooter remains completely non-functional.Given these facts, I believe the product may have been previously used and is defective — either due to a faulty battery or charger. I am requesting a replacement battery and charger or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.This scooter was purchased in good faith, and I expect a prompt resolution under your company’s stated warranty and customer care policies.I will also be updating my public review to keep other potential buyers informed and will follow up with the outcome of this complaint.Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.

I recommend the scooter go 30 miles an hour has good amount of range. The scooter takes me everywhere. I wanna go.

Es muy poderoso uma.vez que activas los 2 motores y pones la 3er velocidad, sientes el torque fluir inmediatamente. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a very bad poorly made scooter, screws, loosen and gets lost, the front silver knob loosens where you feel the whole handlebars shake, you have to stop and tighten it, then the screws came off, the whole stem for the handlebars came completely off. This scooter is not recommended.

I already own an M6 MAX 5600W dual drive scooter and it works great. So I decided to get a smaller one for my brother, it's lighter and smaller. Not as fast as my first one, but can go up to 28 MPH. Works great. The lights flash when we ride so it's easier for others to see it. I would recommend it to a friend. My charger disappeared during this time, I contacted customer service and they sent me a new charger very quickly.
