Sturdy plastic food divider
The media could not be loaded. I had portion dividers prior to this but they weren’t as good as this one. The plastic material is firm and very sturdy. It also seems like it will be durable. Now that I’m trying to get fit again I needed a divider that would help me with smaller portions but a section that had bigger greens. It fits on all standard dining plates and there’s clear indicators for each option of food eg protein, veg, etc. I’m also able to see my calorie intake as well. I may update again once I have become a bit more consistent with my diet regimen.

Bon rien a dire, en 1 mois j'ai perdu 5 kilos enfin presque.Au début quand on est un grand mangeur c'est dure de se contenter des quantités mais au bout de 15 jours on s'habitue, ça m'a vraiment aidé à savoir quelle quantité et de quel aliment, en fait on mange plus de légumes et beaucoup de moins de patates.En conclusion : super achat

Very Useful Tool
Made of tough plastic!! I use it daily & it's very easy to just put the proper portions into each compartment. You learn a lot about portion control & which foods go where lol!! Very useful tool...
