This is a wonderful vinegar for salad dressing. With a not too sweet taste. My family really enjoy’s it.

I only use Saratoga Vinegars now with olive oil for salad with salt and pepper.I have tried the Peach, Black Cherry, and now the Cranberry Pear. It is super delicious but I will say a little goes a long way as it is a bit sharper, more biting, than the Peach or Black Cherry but excellent nonetheless.

The quality of this product was very good. I like to use it with my salads.

I bought this cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar primarily for my 91 year old mother to use as a salad dressing. She's very picky when it comes to salads and food in general. She's on a low sodium diet so flavor really matters. If it isn't yummy, she won't eat it and she loves this product! Unlike my Mom, I'm not a fan of salads with fruit and nuts or fruity salad dressings as a rule. I prefer more savory salads. However, this balsamic vinegar has changed my mind. It's delicious and I plan on exploring other uses for it. All I can say is I agree with the rave reviews this product has received and I will be buying other products from this company.

I tried use this basmsaliv vingar itvwasntvoutstwndingvtqste it turned out like I was eating with some wine inside of my spinach salad....... I wouldn’t bother buy this one again for near future
