I really love manual over electric / battery. Yes, powered items are convenient...but only until the batteries need charged in the middle of the night. This manual one solves that issue. The hand held pump is simple to use, and the long hose makes it easy to maneuver.So far, the ONLY change I'd make to the product would be to make the hose a more standard diameter, such as the more common and easier accessible 3/16" oxygen tubing. The tubing with the aspirator is strong and will probably last a long time. I just tend to lose things...At $28, I think it's a bit pricey. It's made in China, where items are extremely affordable to produce. If it were made in a country where affordable wages were standard and legal, that might justify the cost a bit more. The aspirator, however is VERY well made and seems like a high quality item, making the expense justifiable in my opinion. This would make a very nice gift for a baby shower. I'm the Granny, so this is indeed a welcome addition to Granny's Get Well Bag!

This nose sucker has been a game-changer for clearing my baby's stuffy nose. The hand pump gives me better control over suction strength compared to bulb aspirators, and the non-invasive tip is gentle on tiny nostrils. I appreciate that all parts are easy to disassemble and clean - no hidden areas for gunk to build up.It works surprisingly well at removing mucus while being much less traumatic than those hospital-style suction tubes. My only minor complaint is that the translucent white color shows stains over time, though this doesn't affect functionality.For parents battling the endless cold season, this is a worthwhile upgrade from basic bulb aspirators. It's become my go-to tool for quick, effective nasal relief without upsetting my little one too much.

This nasal aspirator works really well. The suction is strong and clears my baby’s nose quickly and efficiently. The hand pump design gives me good control, and the tip is gentle and non invasive. It makes clearing my baby’s nose much easier and faster without causing discomfort.

The cord keeps getting out of the pump. I cannot even use it. Not a good product.

The media could not be loaded. After all the money we have spent on fancy motorized nose suckers….this simple (yet large) device is in a league of its own. This thing not only works amazingly well, it’s gentle enough my kids were asking to have it done! I was worried about how large it was, but this actually helps create a seal for better suction on my 3 year olds tiny nostril. The pump is VERY easy to use one handed and requires very little force to use (my 70+ year old mother is using it on my kid in the video). Avoid the video if you have a thing about snot haha, the funny thing is my kid isn’t even sick and it pulled out this much snot from one nostril! The best thing is you don’t need to put your mouth on it. The snot collection chamber (as I have dubbed it) is very easy to remove and is super easy to clean. The design makes it so you don’t need any filters so you just clean out the piece of plastic under running water. I thought this was a little pricey before using it, but this thing is worth every penny after using it! We will never buy a motorized or other snot sucker again. They are difficult to clean and/or require you to put your mouth on it for suction.

The hand pump is easy to control, and the non-invasive tip is gentle enough that my baby doesn’t fuss too much. I like that the translucent design lets me see what’s being removed. It’s also simple to take apart and clean. It’s a handy tool for keeping little noses clear and comfortable.

This nasal sucker is a pretty simple design looks like it both works well and is well designed. Both the nose piece and the vacuum syringe comes apart for easy cleaning (essential when used to suck up an infant's runny nose). It's actually bigger than what the product photo looks and pretty easy to handle. The spring inside the plunger helps to maintain a steady suction so you don't actually blow into the infant's nose, but the spring isn't too heavy so it's easy to push down to use. Clear transparent plastic and silicon all around so I can easily see which parts needs to be cleaned. Looks dishwasher safe.
