Printing errors have let it down.
I liked the idea of this book- a quick intro to SJT, a summary of the key documents/legislation and reminders of your responsibilities as a a foundation doctor, followed by many example questions to work through. However, there are many typos in the answer section explaining the justifications for right/wrong answers which have made me lose confidence in the book. For example, one answer describing how to answer a question states 'asking for senior help (E) is always a good option but in this case comes after (E) because there is would be better to respect the patient's autonomy'. Very confusing. The answer explanations don't always match up either. Also, there are a couple of questions misprinted- e.g. one says 'pick the best three options' and then in the answer, goes through the ranking order.A good book in theory but clearly needs editing and reprinting. Good as a source of questions for practice but I've found the errors confusing when revising.

Multiple print errors
Could be a very good book. However, there are several print errors which make marking questions very difficult. The book seems a little rushed. A second edition is desperately needed.Update: Will be sending this book back. Print errors make it very difficult to do and mark questions. Questions which are similar to those in the practice test often have contrasting answers. The questions are all worded as "Rank the actions below in order of most appropriate to least appropriate", but often require you to rank by the order of importance or the order in which the actions should be taken (in the real test, this is specified). A significant number of questions have also been copied word for word from the 2014 "Oxford Assess and Progress Situational Judgement test" book (don't the GMC guidelines discourage plagiarism?)I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone planning on taking the SJT, and would instead recommend doing the practice tests online and finding online question banks.

A+G are the best C is the next best
Full of mistakes and contradictions E.g. Q2. Answer = ABG. Explanation: A+G are tho best C is the next best, B and F are unhelpful. Questions not great compared to other sources, rushed. Would not buy again in retrospect, waste of money.
