NP H&P

I bought these for clinicals and used them throughout my NP education. I got a job as an ER nurse practitioner and I have found these notebooks are very useful for keeping my notes straight. I anticipate stocking up and using these for a considerable length of time in my new job. They’re worth every penny. I recommend the spiral-bound best because the spine of the bound version is a little annoying to work around.

This is a nice "medium-sized" spiral-bound H&P book for my clinicals. It came shrink-wrapped, which was nice. Each H&P template is front to back. I'm not sure if I like it being front to back yet but this is all and all a neatly organized book.

This book makes it easy to do assessments, come up with differential diagnosis and write out a plan

Looks great so far for everything I will need for FNP clinical rotations just wish it was spiral bound for easier access.
