This is the second set of these ordered as my husband and I have 4 helmets - One set full face shields and other set with goggles worn. These couldn’t be simpler to setup. Just follow the video the first time - they pair easily. Everything you need to install in the helmet is provided. We go on long ATV rides - he has his and I have mine. We ride a minimum of 3 hours (with pleasure stops of course) and the units have kept charge without fail. Utilize the included round circle Velcro pad to attach the ear pieces directly on the straps inside the helmet. Initially placed ear pieces in the cutout on the cheek pads for the ear space and they were a little difficult to hear because they really need to lay right up against your ears. The provided round backside Velcro worked great just sticking it on the inside of the helmet strap where your ears hit the strap. Just be sure to pull the straps down when you put the round backside Velcro sticker directly on the straps inside the helmet or the ear pieces won’t line up with your ears correctly. We can hear one another crystal clear except when riding at a higher speed of say 45 but you can hear your partner loud enough at that speed to back off the throttle and slow down a bit and you can then hear clearly. We’ve had no issues with communicating while riding since installing these. Take your time putting them in your helmet - there’s a place for everything to be tucked away under the helmet linings and exterior mounting of the unit itself. Nothing should get in your way and the microphone flexibility is awesome. It’s perfect length to reach the front chin area of the helmet in the perfect location away from wind - just be sure to keep that in mind when your attaching it behind the cheek pads (which can be removed from helmet during install) as some helmets have a closer chin area than others so adjust accordingly when installing the microphone. Don’t be confused by all the parts - they definitely serve a purpose for getting everything you need out of this product. Reasonably priced and just overall nice setup. Made a good choice on these…. Very satisfied…

Directions all in Chinese. I was able to locate a video on YouTube to get them paired. Pretty simple though. Battery life has been great so far. The audio for music and phone come through. I don't seem to be able to use voice commands with it. Biggest downfall is at higher speeds the wind makes it hard to head. This could a mix of my helmet and the device itself. I would buy again.

Not as loud in the earphones as the old one might need to upgrade to a more clear and loud set if they have one

Didn’t expect much… now I refuse to ride without it My buddy and I slapped these helmet comms on before ripping around on our 4-wheelers, and I honestly thought it’d be one of those “sounds cool on the box” gadgets. Nope. This thing is legit. We were hauling through trails, couldn’t see each other at all, dust everywhere, trees blocking everything—yet somehow we’re still talking like we’re sitting on the couch. At one point I was yelling “WHERE DID YOU GO?” in real life while calmly saying “yeah I’m right behind you” through the headset 😂 Audio was clear, setup was easy, and it stayed connected even when we were way farther apart than we should’ve been. It turned riding into a rolling podcast of bad jokes, trail warnings, and occasional panic. If you ride ATVs, dirt bikes, or anything loud where hand signals are useless—buy this. You’ll laugh more, get lost less, and feel like you unlocked cheat codes for communication. Used rubber gasket to keep cord hidden. Mic quality 10/10 10/10 would talk trash through the woods again. 🏁🔥

Worked fine for the first month then feel like the quality dropped exponentially. Speaker audio sounds very muffled. Have one side louder than the other. The headset calling between other riders is awful and leaves us unable to hear each other at all. Bluetooth calling is a bit better but over time noticing a drastic decrease in audio Would recommend just buying a different one for a bit more for better and more consistent quality. Especially if you're using it to communicate with other riders.

I purchased 3 units, one for myself and my co-rider and one for my friend. Tested it past weekend and worked excellent. I connected my mobile phone for playing radio and using Waze as navigation together with intercom-mode to talk, which is working very nicely. Left home at 8am and used it nearly all day until 7pm without any problem. The build-in radio did work too, but it didn’t automatically switched to nearer mast to get signal, so after 30-40km I lost signal and had to search for it. In that case as FM broadcast is going to disappear I will use the radio from mobile or use Spotify or local stored music. Anyway, can recommend this to anyone. I only have the impression that the velcro of the speaker is soft and might loosen after some time, but in that case you can easily glue it with new velcro-pads that stick better together.
