I love this stuff, you can create your own size pill pocket and my dog just gobbles it up. I have tried others and I find that unless I have to give my dog a smaller pill, then I am forced to use two pill pockets jammed together, but with this stuff I just use what I need and it's soft like play doe so it's easy to use. My dog loves the taste. Even when he has eaten the wrap off, the flavor is still on the pill, so he will eat the remaining pill without my having to put another around it. Great stuff. The only down side is that you have to dig it out of the container and I use my hands so it gets under my fingernails. Being a vegan, I prefer not to have that smell on my hands. But, otherwise it's great stuff. And while I do not like the smell on my hands, I do like that the smell is strong enough to keep my dog interested enough to eat the whole pill or capsule. So, it's a win win.

My doggy and I love this stuff. For me, he takes his meds with no fight or waste. I also like that I can just use what I need and have become rather proficient in pill wrapping to only use what I actually need. We are very happy with this product! A rival product is too dry and doggy does not like the taste. He refuses to eat the other product.

I have used this product with three dogs, and all of them have loved it. Two were happy to take pills, but having an easy paste to reach for instead of finding a treat or a piece of cheese made giving them their pills much easier. My third dog is not food motivated and would find any pill hidden in a treat then spit it out. But with this pill paste, he takes his pills like a champ. It helps that I practiced giving him this as a treat for several days before I ever tried to sneak a pill into it, but now he doesn't even consider the pill paste suspicious, which is a rave review from my very skeptical shih tzu.

This has been a lifesaver for me. I have two dogs that will twist anything used to camouflage pills in their mouth until they find the pill and spit it out clean. When I open this, I was like UGG because it’s like a wad of something. I pulled a little out and made it a flat surface to wrap the pill, being careful not to touch the wrap with the hand that I picked up the pill with in order to keep any smell of the pill off of the outside of the little ball that I made around the pill. Day one, they both ate it. Day two, they both spit it out. My heart sank, but I didn’t give up. I wrap the pill and buried it and wet dog food and using about a half a teaspoon. I bought the wet dog food around the wrapped pill and it’s day six and they’re gobbling them up! Jackpot! I think this totally camouflages the smell of the pill. On the large pills, I broke them in half giving them two separate spoons of wet dog food, camouflaging the pill. I’ve tried peanut butter, plain, wet, dog food, whipped cream, ice, cream, cheese, turkey, and anything else I could think of, they always found it and spit the pill out and walked away and wouldn’t even take another bite of what I camouflaged it in. It’s been a long battle, even dissolving the pill and water and shooting it down their mouth, which I don’t even know if they got all the pill. But those days are over! This works perfectly for us.

Works great! I was afraid my dog will just lick it off the pill but he swallowed it without hesitation. I just wish I found this thing earlier as I tried to trick my dog to take the pill all possible ways already. I need it monthly so for me the price works great.
