The item no longer works as it will not charge.

This is the worst device I have ever bought, and will never recommend it for an enemy. I bought two of this for my two daughters. The chargers lasted for barely 2 weeks, and both chargers went bad. Most annoying part is that I have lots of chargers in my house for our phones and other devices, but non of them will charge any of the tablets. So we just have the two tablets sitting on the shelves and not working..

I bought this for my daughter. For the price it's really ok. It's still working. It comes with a silicone cover.

Brought 2No as Eid gifts for my boys. (Receievd 29 Apr 23) The fact they came with decent covers really helped. Some things to note: 1. Grab handle at the top can come out fairly easily. However after some effort it can be put back in. 2. Volume on these is decent. So if the kids like the music/ sounds for games - it'll be good. The volume up and down button is to the right hand side of its too loud. 3. The charger and cable provided are the slow chargers. So it will take around 5 hrs to fully charge (we do this overnight). With full use the battery will expend in 3hrs or so of full use, which in my eyes is too quick. 4. You can customise the background etc (we used a pic of each kid) so they can differentiate them. Helps with the fighting ;) . You can always opt for different colour handles too which is what I did. 5. When we first got these, we went through setup and decided to setup Gmail accounts for each tablet. Not sure if you can set one account for both. Whenever we decided to install apps permission needed to be sought from the parent account linked to theirs (in my case the missus was linked). When goubg through Googple Play store - you give permission once and select (do not ask again for free apps) or keep the option, such that the kids need to ask permission everytime they install (any) app, regardless if it's free or not. Verdict. A decent gift for 3to 6yr old at reasonable price. Especially If they haven't had an iPad etc. Otherwise they will notice subtle differences. Worth a try. Hopefully it will still be a positive product in a few months time. Hope that helps.

It is good for kids but 100% charge only lasts for 15/20 minutes. The value for money is okay but I would have never bought it if I knew how slow it was. The sound is very quiet also and takes forever to load apps and download them

Worked for about 3 days, turns its self off constantly. Won’t even turn on now. Can this either be refunded or replaced please.

Love it for my kids aged 7 - 1 The one thing about it is that it breaks easily. My kids have dropped it inside of the shopping cart and the screen has broken or when they pull out the charger on it, the piece comes with it.

These are not just any kids tablet.... they are perfect for toddlers and babies. They came with educational activities and games pre-built on its system. They work with and without wifi connection. Perfect when out with the kids as the activities keep them occupied and prevent fussing. They are affordable and came with soft protective case. Was a great buy and perfect Christmas gift for my 3 years old and 1 year old
