Anyone know whether these are air dried or oven dried?

I don’t know the answer, but I can tell you these are the best chili flakes I’ve ever had.

What's the difference between these and the tutto calabria hot chili peppers crushed? same company and same description but 2x more costly?

These are hotter than the un-crushed. The chili peppers can be used whole for long cooking and hold up well or grinded down and just as flavorful as the crushed. Your preference.

Has anyone else received a jar that had no anti-tamper or freshness seal?

My bottle had a freshness seal on it. It did not have a tamper resistant seal though.

Some reviews say there is salt in it, and some say there isnt. How are we to know for sure?
