We love this dye, and the fish love it too. When the dye is in, the fish can be seen clearly swimming high on sunny days, as the water is shaded nicely for them. It also keeps down the algae. We were paying $300 a month for a lake maintenance company to manage our spring fed 1 acre pond. Then we decided to diy it. This color is much prettier than the one the maintenance company used. We now also get our algeacide from Amazon...treat it with that every 2 weeks....just like the company did, then apply this once a month. A full bottle for our 1 acre. This system has saved us so much money! The algeacide we use is the $35 one. Great diy combo for crystal clear, pristine water. It turns out pond into a tropical paradise! It actually lasts longer than a month! As it starts to fade a bit, I retreat. I prefer mine very colored. You can go months before adding. When you get lots of rain, you will need it a bit sooner. It's safe for our fully stocked pond, and we even have foot long goldfish, and it's safe for them all.

This dye does a great job. We've been using it for years. Our only issue is in the packaging. On the last order we received the outside bag was open and because the individual bags are water dissolvable, they were a mess. The product is still great but packaging needs improvement.

Turned my water a teal color. I was looking for a darker blue like when I first put it in. I am still learning. This is a half acre pond and I put the whole 2in1 jug in. Maybe next time I try the twilight. I dont notice any bacteria benefits, but that probably takes time. I acquired this pond without any knowledge from the prior owner so I am figuring it out as i go.

We have ordered this product several times to slow weed growth in our pond. We have been happy with its performance and price.

This stuff works great. I added to an 1 acre pond about 6-8 foot deep within few hours it had all turned. Couple days later and I can tell the water is also clearing up. Should have bought this couple yeas ago.

After one week NO BLUE or any other color. STOP... Buy the liquid. I had watched some YouTube videos on using this product, and knew it could get on you. These packets are thin and melt in the water. I picked a windless day to toss these packets in the pond. I put on a latex glove to toss them. It went through the glove and I had a little stain on my fingers but no big deal. I felt good that i had done this without getting it all over me. Hahaha. When i went home, i kept getting blue stains on my hands from touching my cloths. i removed my clothes and bagged them. Even my shoes looked clean, but when i touched them, more blue stains. So i thought i better look in the mirror and check my face. Didn't see anything but when i wiped my face with a little water more blue. In the shower i go and even though i didn't see anything before getting in yep blue water running off my body. Had to cough and yep blue. Then blew my nose and of course blue snoot. Remember there was no wind and i thought i was being really careful. I come back and review the color in a day or two. Get the liquid. Gave 5 stars so it shows up... One star After one week NO BLUE or any other color.
