This computer is very fast, it copies files extremely fast and it's totally silent compared to my old W10 pc.The set up was very quick, took maybe 10 minutes to do but the automatic updates took another 20 minutes and it automatically saw my wifi connection right away. The only thing I found that I didn't like about it is the quality of sound, I'm using my old W10 speakers where the quality was much better. I did install FxSound and that fix the sound quality, it's now better than my W10. Overall I'm very happy with this pc, it's a nice pc for it's low price.

It was time to update to Windows 11. I prefer HP products. I found the CPU easy to install, upload my wireless printer, cell phone, burn a disk and use settings more easily. Keyboard included is a little different, kept hitting \ key instead of capital key. Sound is clear. Before I updated my internet, speed with quick loads and updates on metered internet. I kept my old monitor and it played clearly without issue. Good value for the money.

I read some negative reviews but I always look at percentage of satisfied to make my decisions. I got this because of Windows 11 and it has bluetooth. It works great and is super fast on startup and running apps.I did have a problem connecting the LAN but then realized it was my fault because of the way I configure my network. It connected right away once I added it to my network.This machine is very nice, clean and quiet. I am recommending to others who are looking for a compact desktop pc running Windows 11!

Nice computer tower.Deducting one star-DVD-RW is not part of the unit.They just send you external one.Not specified in description.Otherwise nice upgrade for me and setup was easy.Would recommend.

This is an outstanding computer I bought the windows 11 pro 2 terabytes 64 for the price you can’t beat this computer. Easy to setup imported my settings from my windows 10 pro. Easy to learn fast reboot. Love the DvD external.This computer I give it a five star rating. Computer was right on time. The computer is fast downloading made easy. I highly recommend it.

Good product functioning as expected.

My dissatisfaction is directed at the seller and Amazon for misrepresenting the product as new. Like another commenter, when I submitted the serial# information as part of the product registration process, HP showed the product warranties as taking effect on 12/31/24. I ordered the product on 6-15-25, received the unit on 6-16-25 and immediately attempted to register it using another computer. HP Warranty Status showed that the Three-Month Warranty for Setup Assistance had already expired, and the Twelve-Month Hardware Warranty only had 6 months remaining. Obviously, someone else had possession of this computer and registered it six months before it was sold to me as new. NOT ACCEPTABLE!I had purposely checked the FAQ's for the product before purchasing to be sure that I was buying a new product rather than a used or refurbished product. There was a Q/A that explicitly said it was new and not refurbished or used.I immediately contacted Amazon for assistance and they said they would contact the seller and I should expect a response withing 48 hours. We'll see how that goes. If the warranty issue can be resolved by restoring the full manufacturer's warranty periods, I will fire up the computer, test it, and update my review.

Good purchase. Reasonably priced. Quick delivery. Plugged it in, checked for updates and it is ready to go. Easy!
