Does the kitchen torch come with the butane gas?

No. For the safety reason, the butane gas cannot be shipped with the torch lighter.

Do I need to always press the ignition button while working?

No. You can turn on the safety lock after it's ignited to get a continuous flame.

Does the handheld torch come with the butane nozzle adapters?

Yes, three different red adapters are included to fit in all kinds of the butane tanks.

Can I use this cooking torch to melt the metals?

Yes, TBTEEK torch lighter can not only be used as a cooking torch in the kitchen for baking food, searing a steak, roasting bell peppers, melting cheese, bar cocktails, or as a resin torch for welding metal, making jewelries, or DIY crafts.

How does this happen that there is a big yellow flame coming out from the nozzle while using?

It's because of the high pressure in the torch. You can use the red inflation tool to release gas from the torch, then fill it with a small amount of gas, and let it stand for 10 minutes before using to have a try.

Buy this

10/10 would recommend for non baking needs. When you first start using it the flame is huge but after a few uses the flames definitely dies down. The lock is an amazing feature as well and makes me feel safe enough to leave it anywhere.
