I bought this sugar as it’s an ingredient in a carrot cake I wanted to make. The sugar arrived soft and moist just like brown sugar I get at the grocery store but the flavor was not at all like common brown sugar. The cake has a wonderful rich flavor that I’ve never had before in my carrot cakes. I’ll definitely buy it again. P.S. The recipe can be found in the October 2021 issue of Food Network Magazine, called “Masala-Chai Carrot Cake.” Delish!

I purchased this back in August, just now opened the original packaging. Poured it into a resealable container to use, when I noticed it is pretty dry and hard, but I and hocked to see there is MOLD????!??? Ewwwww nasty! Totally insane and return window closed in September? Beware of this seller and sugar products! I am staying away from this brand and company
