This or the sony 35mm oss? w/c is better?

This is notably larger. Also consider the Sony FE28 f2, also a sharp lens. On APS-C it has T stop of 2, sigma has t-stop of 1.8 on this f1.4 lens. The Sony FE28 lens fits the app-c body's better than sigma lens. I went with the sigma though but I'm not sure I would a second time, due to size.

How does this compare to the Sigma 30mm f/2.8? Are there different purposes for each? I am looking for the sharpest focus throughout the photo.

I have the 30mm f2.8 and this 1.4 and I don't notice much difference under normal conditions. Maybe other more extreme conditions this f1.4 would be better

Is this a full frame lens?

This lens is designed for the aps-c sensor, that's a crop sensor format.
