My cats love it. I've ordered it twice now and the second batch came as salmon not duck but my cats still love it and have no allergies so it was fine. Would just recommend double checking when it arrives if your pets have allergies.

This food is inconsistent in quality! My cats have vomited soon after eating servings from one or two cans from my most recent purchase and also did in the past, that I considered a fluke, because some cans were tolerated. Merrick is expensive and should have better quality control. I was a loyal, Merrick brand customer the past two years, buying the exact same salmon pate that they liked, but will not continue to harm my sweet, rescue cats with an unpredictable quality of expensive, but bad ingredients. They have now been eating very expensive Royal Canin, digestive health, chicken in gravy, without any issues. They are worth the cost after experiencing traumatic lives before adoption. I budget my food costs to provide them with high quality nutrition.
