This is the second Bissell mini cleaner I’ve had and I like this one far better. Although my other one was the type to set on the spot and walk away, there was a design flaw with the hose that caused it to break under the strain of wrapping it around the machine. I’m happy to report this machine does not have that problem.The heat function is very nice, although it does not get as hot as claimed. Still, it’s hot enough the stains come out more easily than with cold water.The design of this machine is good. The dirty water collection tank in particular is an improvement over older Bissell models because it has a very large opening that allows drying out between uses. (The old one was just a tiny hole about the size of a large coin that was not only harder to empty, but did not allow enough air flow to avoid mold.)I also appreciate the hose being black instead of the old clear model so you don’t have to look at the dirt collected that can sit in the grooves. Being that it’s open on the end instead of connecting back into the machine for storage it should get more air to dry out too, which would help with any potential smell.The machine came with tools listed (the regular brush and a crevice tool). My one minor point of feedback here is there is no on board storage for these, but that’s not a big deal to me.Other miscellaneous thoughts: the carrying handle is easy to use even if you have a condition like arthritis, the machine is lightweight, and it’s much quieter than the older version. All in all, it was a good purchase. And I love to help animals with buying this!

The little green is a life savor! I was excited this one was able to heat up the water for me - you need to start with somewhat warm water and then give it a few minutes to heat up, but it works like a charm and makes a difference when trying to get tough stains out. The suction is very strong too.I really like that the cleaning solution is separate from the water and you can toggle between them - this allows you to rinse using just water and not waste any cleaning solution!It’s a little more high-tech than previous models but with a skim through the user guide it’s pretty easy to figure out.

Great size and has good suction. Sturdy and easy to clean. Ever efficient works good with no smells if you clean it every time after use. Tank size is ok if you car is lightly dirty, had to refill water and soap mix to often did one cushion and two sides of a couch and had less than half soapbox left and I lightly mist areas no large stains.

It’s all right. I went through two full refills of clean water, and the dirty water tank was still less than half full. My car had some stains that had been there for over two years. The coffee stains came out nicely, but some of the tougher stains from the kids shoes remained. I’ll likely need to use additional products for a deeper clean on those spots.

Cons: It does use a lot of liquid/water for a small section :(.wish the dirty tank came out for easy cleaning but you have to lift the whole thing.The suction is too small. It also isn’t as strong as thought. Wish was wireless too.Not enough liquid included.Pros: Works well so far, it does scrub well. I did notice for deeper spots have to go over again.The heater for water is a plus and does soften set in spots well.Easier to clean the hose than most.Super easy to use and set up.All in all it can be cheaper for what you’re getting.

Stopped working after using two times. The sprayer doesn't work anymore, just the suction part of the tool works. The hose also got cat hair build up in it, even though it's supposed to be for pet cleaning on carpets.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was excited to try, needed something to clean carpets and furniture from kids & pets but didn’t really clean & suction is very weak. The heat didn’t do anything, just warms up the soap, but didn’t like. I returned
