Why this kit doesn't have an ACC wire?

The red wire is you ACC or 12V it goes connected to a fuse you have 4 different size of fuse in the fuse box. The black cable is ground and your cable goes to your Dashcam or Radar. Read the instructions carefully before installing.

Is hardwire kit made for your front and rear camera?

Yes, it's just a usb-c adapter that hardwires to your vehicle although make sure you don't need constant along with ignition power, all this kit has is one power wire that you can connect to one or the other. Our system has an anti tamper feature that records if our vehicle is bumped or hit but has to have both constant and ignition power to function. So this kit didn't work to its full potential for our needs.

Is this the same low profile mini connector? The fuse tap does not seem to fit.

I have used this kit in two different vehicles. On one of them I had to trim a bit of the black plastic from the sides of the fuse block in order to fit. The other vehicle went in fine with no issues.

So I can hardwire to just acc?

yes you can tap into any fuse on you fuse box. It comes with the fuse clip insert . Just pick acc or always active fuse.
