Low quality
The bottom right corner of the screen split from its back part and the hinge broke apart after a few weeks while I’m very careful in opening and closing my laptop.

I love that it turns on in the blink of an eye, most lightening fast and so far, has never frozen up. What i dont like is the fact that you get no warning before the computer shuts off when the battery is low and that is has no backlit keyboard

Unacceptable
Is it Microsoft or this computer I can't tell. I literally have not one thing stored on this computer other than Word documents yet it has trouble saving them instantly. I often get the Microsoft Word is trying to recover your information..... Unacceptable

Never again in my life will I buy Lenova
It is the slowest laptop I have ever bought. I got cheaper laptops for my kids and those run faster. The laptop came with tons of stuff already on it, filling up the memory. It ran slow. It feels like I am riding a horse, instead of driving a car. Never again for the rest of my life will I ever buy another one again.
