Tables arrived quickly, assembly was minimal, only the rack holding the tables needed to be assembled. They are very sturdy, look to be well made and add to the de core of a room. After 7 months, long after any expectation of a warranty, one of my beautiful table's legs sheared (see picture). I contacted the manufacturer, explained what had happened and asked if they could send me a replacement part. Not expecting much in they way of a warranty, here is where they superior service occurred. They explained that they too were disappointed with the product failure but they could not send me a replacement part as a leg replacement was not possible as the legs are riveted. The only option available was for them to supply another table, free of charge. Low an behold a week later I received another table impressively packaged. Now that is Customer Service!Their pride in providing a superior product showed in their readiness to make the customer whole, as well as, in the professionalism and understanding care of the agent I spoke with. This manufacture "Winsome" have proved their worth in my book!Winsome and the Winsome Store will be the first place I will go to with any more home items I may need in the future, and you should too.

We needed some more grown-up tray tables and these were a perfect choice. The semi-rounded sides give just a little more real estate on the surface which makes them feel a lot bigger than our old set. The finish was the perfect color and good quality (except as noted below). The stand even appears to be of better quality than our previous stand.So here's the story: Out of the 4 tables, one of the tables seemed a little... different. It had a slight blemish with the stain and had a little bit of a wobble. Our theory is that this little fella accidentally made it into the final shipping queue instead of joining other tables destined for "discarded tray table heaven" (I'd like to think it exists). Anyways, I called Amazon and explained the situation with the 4th table. We hated the idea of returning the whole set for 1 table and we hated even more the idea of trying to fit them back in the box. Our situation seemed impossible. The Amazon rep offered to send us a new set and just switch a table but I felt that was a little wasteful (I don't blame the recommendation, Amazon was just trying to be nice). Then the rep offered the possibility of writing the manufacturer. I decided to try the manufacturer first.The good news is that the manufacturer was extremely easy to work with. They immediately sent a replacement table at no cost and told us to keep or discard the other table. Then everything was perfect.So the Winsome company is very easy to work with and made everything right. Now we love our table and we'll consider them for some of their other products.

I bought this set of table because my two of my old wooden TV tables are cracked, and overall they're just not as big as I'd like. The wooden tables I had before are a lighter oak color, which went well with the furniture I had at the time, and were adequate. But at 19"Wx14"Dx25"H, they were just not as large as I really needed.These are 23"Wx15"Dx25"H, and the few extra inches really make a difference. These look beautiful and seem pretty solid, though they're not heavy. The stand was the only part requiring assembly, and it didn't take me long to put it together, maybe 20 minutes or half an hour. I'm a woman, and have very weak wrists/hands due to a medical condition, but it was pretty easy to put this together by myself, though I had to go back and tighten the screws a few times once I thought I was done.What I love about these tables is they're even more useful than I realized when I ordered them. Because of their size and height, I can also use them as end tables in the living room, and will be able to use them on my covered balcony as well. I don't have patio furniture yet, but I had some folding chairs, and these tables are the perfect height to go with them, to put drinks, snacks, etc. on. I'm not sure how they'll hold up for that purpose, because they're not intended for outside use, as far as I know. But it will be easy enough to fold the table up and bring it back inside if it starts raining, or if I'm through using it. They're very portable.The other thing I intend to use it for is a temporary nightstand in the guest bedroom. My father was saying I should have a nightstand on both sides of the bed, and since right now I can't afford one, this is a good height to put next to the bed, and it should easily hold the weight of a small lamp. I only received these yesterday so I haven't had a chance to really use them yet, but I'm very happy with the purchase and they're well worth the money ($76 for the set at the time I bought it). I was hesitant to pay that much for an item online, without being able to see it in person, but I'm very pleased. These nicely match my dark brown furniture, and the stand with tables looks very nice in my living room.I recommend this set to anyone who is looking for good-looking, sturdy tables for a variety of uses, that can be stacked away attractively when not in use. I don't need to hide these in the back of the hall closet when I'm not using them, because they look like they're supposed to be part of the furnishings. I'm sure I'll find more uses for them in the future, and I'm very happy that they're so versatile.

I ordered this set from Amazon, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The tables are preassembled, and the stand is very easy to assemble with the included hex key, although the instructions are simply an exploded diagram. The wood is nicely finished and the tables and stand are very sturdy. The problem, which is the same with all wooden tray tables, is that the legs are close together and have a lower cross-bar. When using them as a dinner tray at a couch or a chair, you have the choice of keeping your legs together and pulled up like a virgin spinster, or spreading your legs around the tray like a cowboy. And when you move the table, you must keep one hand on the top of the folding legs, to keep the table from collapsing, because the legs do not lock into position. Again, these problem are endemic with all wooden tray tables, but if you are used to the cheap metal ones with the wide legs, it is kind of annoying. On the other hand, these certainly look more elegant than the metal trays, and will last a lot longer.

Really like the oversized table surface, and the solid construction which keeps the tray stable. I was able to assemble the stand by myself, despite being mechanically challenged!

Well built. The tray tables seem sturdy and are attractive.The stand that holds the tables is well designed. You must assemble the 8 wooden pieces yourself. Instructions consist of only drawings and a parts list, but assembly is fairly intuitive. I recommend you first attach cross pieces BB and EE to the vertical AA pieces. Then attach DD and CC to the vertical AAs. The hex screws are certainly strong enough (most other kits skimp with small screws that are inadequate).Overall, a solid set; I recommend it.

Look like they do in the picture. Another reviewer got some that looked like oak, but mine look exactly like the picture. They ship fully assembled, but the stand for them requires assembly. Probably a 5-10 minute job.They are very light but sturdy enough for their purpose. Be careful, the light wood is easily damaged. I was making my bed, and forgot my pocket knife was on the blanket. When I flopped it, my knife flew onto the table, and the glass breaker on it dented the wood with ease.I was unfortunate enough to receive a set that was missing the screws required to assemble the stand piece. I emailed the manufacturer with the product ID, my problem, and my address. They responded within an hour, on a Friday night, and I am expecting the new parts in the mail shortly.-UPDATE-The original shipment I was sent contained the wrong screws, which caused the wood to strip out and damaged the posts when it collapsed. It also did not include the wood dowels or wood plugs necessary for assembly, even though I had asked for them in my original email. The screws were half an inch too short. It took me TWO MONTHS of emailing customer support to get them to finally ship me the parts again. At this point, I was asking for the right screws, the wood plugs, the wood dowels, and replacement posts for the damaged stand.I just opened the box they sent me to find two posts that come with the oak version of this stand, which is also drilled differently and is not compatible with the walnut version. There were no screws, no dowels, and the wood plugs were also oak, but at least they fit where they should.-UPDATE-They finally sent me all of the correct parts. I'm sure my experience was just bad luck. Chances are you will have a smoother experience with the product and customer service.

These tables arrived today. I just opened the carton and assembled the stand. The tables are gorgeous! Nicely finished solid wood tables. Quality is very good and the finish is very attractive. They are sturdy and look like they will provide years of use The stand needs to be assembled but is easy to do. Quality hardware is included and no extra tools necessary. The stand is great and quite sturdy. My only qualm was the fact that they were made in Thailand...I had assumed they were made in the USA or Canada. Regardless these are well made and very attractive TV tables and solid wood to boot. I am impressed with the price as well. Shipping was extremely fast too!

TV tables and stand arrived yesterday. It was an easy assemble for me. I love the product, everything about it! Very sturdy and looks fabulous. High end! Highly recommend!
