Read many reviews before I decided on this reasons: 4 inch gap on fireplace they installed (just frame made of marble). Hung perfectly inside no over gap bracket flush on wall, no buttons or controls behind the fireplace box so perfect their also. 2 screws removes glass to hang box then just add crystal stones. Glass has two brackets just goes back on easy with hooks just go into groove. Many colors for stones. Many colors for flames can mix and match blue rock- blue flame or red flame, yellow and vice- versa. Rocks change to blue, red, pink, yellow, dark blue, white and green. I prefer blue rocks color and red flame or red and red too many to choose from also flame goes up 5 levels low to high. best part lights and crystals work with heat or without. Remote a lot of fun never have to use touch screen if you don’t want to get up remote does it all. We installed in 5 minutes that easy. Buy it promise you will like it and price for this is perfect. Great addition to the cheesy fake log they had with screen. ultra thin- perfect best part return if not happy.

We are doing a renovation in our home and this really elevated our space! The installation was pretty confusing, but after we looked up some videos it was pretty easy. Nice product we love it. It gives off real heat but is safe enough for our toddler.

The media could not be loaded. I shopped for a decorative fireplace and looked at 2 dozen models, and some of them were thousands of dollars. This xBeauty 68" model was fairly inexpensive, yet looked better and more realistic than almost every other one. The flames are beautiful with adjustments to color, size and speed. The media bed with crystals is beautiful with multiple color choices and brightness. It also has a "random" color choice setting that changes the media bed at random. Hung this on my wall without hassle in 20 minutes and it does not stick out to much. See the video I posted. For any unit under $1000 this one ROCKS. 1 year warranty.

My customer was on a budget so we got this fireplace for the built in and it works well. More aesthetic than anything here in Arizona. I prefer fireplaces with a solid mirror backing on the inside as opposed to a flimsy film.It is super easy to install and has many lighting options.

Oh my this is beautiful and warms a very large area. Only negative is it only has two settings for temperature and it doesn’t auto shut off and on but overall happy with it.m

The design, the ability to use as both a mount and install in the wall was perfect. The heater is ok, I wish all three holes on the device provided heat but that’s not a big deal. The led fire and the ability to change the colors is amazing, it allows for so much customization when you are just sitting at home.

Fireplace is great, works and looks amazing! I did a good amount of research before buying this and I am impressed with what you get for the price.After using it for a little over a year, the fireplace stopped working, it seemed like the fireplace was getting no electricity. We have a toddler that loves to play with the main on/off switch and I think this is what caused the issue/broke it. We were out of the return and warranty period, so without much hope, I decided to still reach out to the seller to see if they had any tips. After a few messages, seller informed me that their technician recommended changing the motherboard. They send me a new motherboard very quickly (at not cost) and after replacing it, the fireplace is back to working as it should. This is what I call exceptional service and shows care for your customer! Highly recommend this fireplace to anyone that are looking to add some cosiness to their home!
