The circulating air temperature is 391- 395F. During this process the almonds reach 220-221F which eliminates harmful bacteria. **Q: Are these almonds sproutable?** A: No! They are not. I just ordered some of these and followed the sprouting process outlined in the link below. After 4 days of waiting and rinsing, there are no sprouts whatsoever. I'm very disappointed.
