Very good product. Cools really well. The remote has a large display. The installation was prompt and of very high quality. The customer support from Cruise has been excellent. The indoor and outdoor unit are of decent quality. Not quitevas good as LG but good enough considering the lower price. The cooling is quick and good. One can definitely consider Cruise.

Disappointed. Bought this AC in April 2024. It worked fine until the 1-year warranty ended. After being switched off completely for 10 days while I was out of town, it started showing an E6 error—even though the AC is connected to a stabilizer. Service visit alone cost ₹650 + 18% GST. Technician confirmed wiring was fine but said the motherboard had failed. They quoted ₹12,000 for replacement, nearly half the price of the AC (₹26,000), which is unreasonable for a unit not even 2 years old. The only alternative is a locally sourced motherboard costing ₹5,000, meaning non-original parts. Very disappointed with the product reliability and post-warranty support.
