Outstanding customer support
I purchased the Bitzee Magicals and my experience ended up being a mix of disappointment and great customer service. At first, the toy was a lot of fun. The interactive virtual pet concept is unique and engaging, and it kept my household entertained for quite a while. However, after about two months of normal use, the device suddenly stopped working altogether. Unfortunately, this was frustrating since the toy wasn’t very old. That said, I reached out to Spin Master, the manufacturer, and their customer service was excellent. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. The process was quick and hassle-free, and they sent me a replacement without any issues. It’s always reassuring when a company stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. While I was disappointed that the original toy stopped working, the outstanding customer support from Spin Master made the situation much better. Based on that experience alone, I would feel comfortable buying their products again.

This is so cute!!! My grandson and granddaughter both love them! They are similar to the tomagachi toys from years ago but so much more evolved! They don't die if you don't play with it for a day like the others. They transform into different animals the more you play with it. It's very entertaining! This was on the top of my grandsons list and I was thankful that I was able to get it before Christmas for him! Decent delivery time.

Fun toy-a hit with a 6 year old
My grand was so excited to get this and at 6 years of age exclaimed, “I’ve waited my whole life to get one these!” 😆

Entertaining for 8 and 10 year old
My kids have 2 or 3 different bitzees and they’re super fun but for an 8 and 10 year old they beat the game pretty quick, one of them took only a day. Still super fun and really cute with the sounds and the different characters.
