When you buy the filter it tells you to flush for 30 mins…. Burns 20% of the filter. Lasts 3 months tops. $400 a year….

Just did a kitchen renovation for my mother and wanted to be sure she had a water filtration option for cooking more than just the refrigerator. This system has been great! I am not sure how easy install is since we had a plumber do hers but seems easy. You’ll love this in your home.

This filter is amazing when it comes to water quality. The problem is the filter monitoring system is on time not gallons used. You will have to replace filters every six months regardless. This gets pricey.

Works really good, drink it everyday and refill our bottles for the soda stream. Wish there was a cooling feature but hey we can’t have it all. Would recommend

The good: excellent filtration properties, easy setup and installation in theory (see below for practice). Water flow is ok, but don't expect anything close to the faucet's flow. I also like the fact that the filter keeps track of filter usage, so I won't use depleted filters. The bad: changing batteries and filters is not easy, so make sure you have plenty of connector length available, or you'll have to detach the inlet and outlet connectors. Also, customer support is not good! after talking with a representative on the phone she told me to send pics over sms and someone will get back to me. It's been over 24h and no one called or messaged back. The ugly: The tee provided is 3/8" compression threaded. Problem is, the inside diameter of the tee is smaller than the typical 3/8 faucet connector brass pipe (see picture), so the brass pipe doesn't fit inside the tee and you can not screw it tightly. I had to buy a new tee to solve this problem. Once I installed the new tee, installation was a breeze and all worked really well.
