Great gift idea. My kids had a ball (hehe) playing with it when it first arrived.Simple idea that works really well.WARNING: when the ball started to get soft I decided to pump it up with a standard ball pump and needle. It turns out the standard needle is too large and I ended up damaging the valve rendering the ball unusable.Since the ball uses a non-standard valve it would be a great idea for it to be sold with the correct size valve to avoid the issue I had.Even with this issue I still like this ball. It worked better than the alternative we bought. No fear of the ball slipping out of the net. This one is actually attached to the ball so it’s a much safer option for indoors.

Our five year old thinks this is great and carries it around the house practicing all the time. Great to get him more touches on ball and more comfortable with the ball. And he thinks it is a great toy. Also very affordable. Very pleased! We like how the length is adjustable.

I got one of these for each of my sons and they both loved it (pre-teen and teen). It's fully adjustable and really fun to play with in the house. No more flying balls everywhere! They love to practice tricks and work on agilityNote that you will need a pump to pump it up.

This soccer ball made a 5 yo very happy for 5 days, after that it made him very sad. Cord ripped right at the union with the ball so no much that can be fixed here. I checked other reviews to see if this happened to any other out there and i couldn't find a review about it. How hard can a 5yo kick the ball to cause this? Anyhow, the training purpose is now defeated. :(

Great! We purchased the other brand named ball for double the price but it was stolen, didn’t want to spend another $40+ so took a chance on the Messi call and it’s just as good! And cheaper!

This was my son's favorite Christmas present. He has played with it more than anything else he received. He is a big Messi fan (which helped); once he started playing with this ball he's had a hard time putting it down. It also gets him off the screens and gets him exercising on his own which is a great added benefit!

This is our second one. Every kid that comes over loves to play with it. However the coating starts to come off the ball and it get gross. This is not a deal breaker for me as the amount of use they see. Priced low enough that you can just get a new one.

The training ball was a lot smaller than thought. I should have read the description better.But, my son loves it and he practices indoors all the time using this ball.Now, you do have to fill the air ever so often. I am not sure if mine has a leak or something but I usually fill it every month or so.
