I was skeptical at first.
I wasn't convinced that a 25 dB noise reduction would be useful nor that it would cut wind noise while allowing me to still hear my engine and comms. After a 4 hour and 6 hour ride, I was pleasantly surprised. There was a noticeable reduction in wind noise, I could hear my engine, I could hear my comms (on a slightly higher volume) and I finished the rides with no ringing in my ears. I'm a fan. One suggestion: an illustration on the proper orientation of the plugs would have saved me 15 min of fiddling. Overall, I highly reccomend these for motorcycle riders.

Basically just normal earplugs
So they claim it isolates sound and reduces wind noise, but you can still hear everything else. Well that is not true. I did 2 rides in both city and highway speeds. Both about 30 minutes. The only thing it did was feel like I had earplugs in. Everything was quieter. I couldn't hear my music. I could hear wind noise. And I could barely hear anything outside of that. They definitely did not live up to their promise.

Good in-between sound suppression between full foam and other brands
Works well to enable transparent sound of road conditions yet eliminates loud, constant wind noise.

Motorcycle Earplugs?
I got these from ads on Instagram for "motorcycle earplugs" and ordered 2 other name-brand earplugs (Loop and Eargasm). They claimed that the Loop helps 'resonate' frequencies and cut wind and engine noise. They cut engine and wind noise, but it's because they're earplugs. There is no special tech in the loop. Honestly, they're just more comfortable under a head sock than earplugs with stems to pull them out, but they still deafen a bit too much. I can't hear music or coms anymore; all I can hear is the engine. If you want cheap earplugs, I can recommend but there are better plugs on the market.

Cycling is now much better.
However made these are a life saver. I am into cycling and ride 15 miles, 6 days a week. I have tried various methods, tools and gadgets to decrease the noise as I go riding my bike. The wind is killing my ears but I found this. These things decrease the noise by about 80%. My top speed is about 20 miles an hour and my lower speed is about 13 miles an hour, and depending on the hill it could drop down to 6 miles an hour. These are a life saver and I can hear everything as I ride, but the wind noise is basically gone. Thanks Guys.

Ear plugs
I’m not gonna lie. I don’t like putting things in my ears or on my ears. But I also don’t like the sound of wind at 90 miles an hour. These work pretty darn good and you can still hear your bike and traffic around you. Very nice!

Don't believe the hype.
Just another earplug. Don't believe all the internet hype. And the picture in the description shows 2 pairs, it is only one pair. I wouldn't buy again. Save your money and buy disposable foam earplugs in bulk packaging.
