Double Sided Foam Tape - Black - 4mm x 10mm x 15m - Security/Glazing/Craft Tape

Used this when I needed to replace some blown double glazing units. The old units had been stuck in and so this was a direct replacement once the old seal removed.

Just right needed to install new double glazed window panel.Which was external this tape secured it in place .

I bought this to fix two new panes of glass on the bow of my narrowboat. Having removed the old glass, prepared and painted the metal frame I waited for an opportunity where the weather was mild and dry before applying the tape and successfully fitting the glass.5/6 hours later I had just finished dinner when I heard this almighty crash and realised immediately what it was. To my horror one of the panes had fallen on to the metal deck and smashed to smithereens. Unfortunately I had a train to catch and had to leave the mess, half expecting on my return two days later to find the other pane had joined itInstead it was still intact and I managed to improvise a replacement which I attached to the original tape (adhesion seemed fine) and I then applied silicone to the front and back side of both panes to ensure they stayed put. I had planned to do this regardless.

It comes on a roll - easy to use just what’s needed and keep the rest clean. So easy to apply - stopped our draft from our door.

Arrived quickly. Just what I needed for greenhouse to give extra security to my new panels . Seems to have done job next bit of bad weather will tell. Excellent product.

Used it to hold glass windows in a summer house, did the job fine

Well wrapped, easy to use, I had to fit 18 panes, with this tape, very easy and sticky.

Adhesion very good on frame and glass,used it when replacing glass in greenhouse.Would recommend.
