I was surprised at the flavor and the viscosity of the syrup. It tastes very good and isn’t as thick as I was expecting. Easy to drink / eat while moving. Not over sweet. Doesn’t cause me any GI issues during my runs. I tried it on a 12 hour run event where I got 42 miles and I used it a few times with no issues. Packet isn’t super easy to open while running with my teeth but I don’t think it was designed for that so I can slight the product for it.
