Bravo Sports Quik Shade Beach Chair

This is a great beach chair for the price paid. I used it about a dozen times during a recent trip to FL. I was looking specifically for a beach chair with a built in canopy. I chose this chair because it was rated well, appeared durable, and was very reasonably priced. I am happy with the purchase. I would like to point out that this is a heavy chair - so, if you are planning on carry it for a long distance, be aware. The shoulder straps are more substantial than on other folding chairs I have had, but they well eventually break, making carrying this any distance more than a couple of blocks a chore. Also, although I never got it wet (& never sat down on it while wet) it started to rust very slightly around some of the nuts/bolts that hold it together. Since it had been exposed to salt air everyday for almost 2 months, this is maybe to be expected. Overall, I am very pleased with the chair.

Bought two of these chairs to take on vacation to the Jersey Shores to sit out on the patio at the Penthouse in which we stay at.It is always windy there and no overhang so the sun is on you all day. I say these chairs and figured they might be just what we need. These chairs ROCK!!! The canopy stayed in the position we left them in and the wind never took the chairs across the patio, unlike the plastic chairs provided at the condo. I love how you can adjust the canopy into many positions.I am bummed that they are out of stock at this time as I was going to order a few more so we have extra for next year.Great price, great product and many compliments!!

It is substantial and it's not exactly lightweight but I appreciate the backpack straps, adjustable shade awning and different recline settings. If you need to set up a beach chair in the blaring sun, it's nice to have some built-in cover overhead w/o having to haul a separate beach umbrella. If you had to carry a cooler of drinks and/or a beach bag in addition to this, the backpack straps free up your arms but it's still a bit unwieldy; you'll trudge slowwwwly across that beach. Also, before you strap this on, collapse the shade awning AFTER the aluminum legs are folded--it will prevent the chair from spontaneously unfolding mid-trek.

I'm disappointed in this chair. I had ordered three of them, only opened one and will be returning the other two. I bought them because we like to ride our bikes to the beach so I thought this would be the perfect chair. I've used it a few times since I purchased it and I'm very disappointed in the chair. First, its very heavy. The backpack straps are very weak and uncomfortable and don't adjust easily. The shade works great and is by far the best feature of the chair. The chair is longer than a regular beach chair so my plan to carry on my bike did not work out. When you sit up from a recline position the back of the chair comes up too, it does not stay in the recline position. And the overall comfort of the chair could be better. When sitting in the chair the bottom bar is directly under your thigh and is very uncomfortable. I had folded a beach towel to cushion the bar and after a while that wasn't enough. I had high hopes for this chair but didn't work out nearly as well as I had hoped.

I bought the first one at Lowes and when I went to buy another one for my husband it was sold out so I bought the 2nd one here on Amazon. Its such a practical chair, my husband was seriously judging me for spending so much on a beach chair but of course now he is the one who uses it the most. I love the sun cover and the reclining option.

The chair is sturdy, love the canopy with the various adjustments and strength.The only issue that I had is when placing it on my beach cart, it is too long and would hit the pavement when pushing the cart.I resolved the problem with fastening a luggage strap to the side, which is adjustable and it now works great...except, the cart is wider and you can't get through two cars parked in the beach parking lot unless you want to create a " key" scratch on each vehicle. I take the chair off the cart or look for a vacant parking space to wander on through.Would definitely buy again..great fo the price😃😃😃

I love this chair. I love that it's easy to carry on your back, you have shade no matter what and everything adjusts. However, when you spend over $50.00 for a chair you hope it to last more than one summer. This is the second time I bought this chair because I love it, but it breaks. First one I got, a bolt went missing at the end of the summer. No idea how it came loose but luckily I have tools and put it back together with my materials.Second chair, the lining ripped so now sitting your bottom touches the ground. Still can be used but the fact it ripped the first time at the beach was a bummer. I weigh 140lbs if that's helpful and pride myself on taking care of my items.

Where have these been all of my beach life?! LOL! Great chairs! I bought two on February 11 and I liked them so much I bought two more for my kids on February 24! They are really well-built and the storage pocket on the sunshade is a nice bonus for my phone etc. I was impressed with how many positions I could get the sunshade to go. It seems no heavier than my Tommy Bahama chair but it's a little longer so it might be a little awkward to carry if you had to go far or if you're super short but nothing too cumbersome. So glad I purchased these.
